Jennifer J. Howe
Jennifer J. Howe is the Managing Partner of Lesser Lutrey Pasquesi & Howe, LLP. Ms. Howe concentrates her practice in Trust and Estate litigation, Controversy Resolution, Guardianships, Estate Administration and Estate Planning.
Ms. Howe is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit, School of Law, cum laude, in 1992. Ms. Howe was recently elected as the President, Lake County Bar Association and previously served on the LCBA Board as its First Vice President, Second Vice President and as its Secretary. She served as a member of the Board of Directors, Lake County Bar Foundation and as Chair of the LCBA Guardianship Help desk, which is a volunteer organization of attorneys and paralegals which provide pro bono assistance to pro se litigants seeking guardianships over minors in Lake County. She is a frequent speaker on topics related to trust and estates as well as to employment law. Currently she also teaches as an Adjunct Professor of Law teaching Will and Trust Drafting at Loyola University Chicago, School of Law.
