Laura Roche represents individuals, fiduciaries and trust institutions in complex trust, estate and probate litigation in courts throughout Illinois. Ms. Roche has litigated numerous different types of disputes, including breach of trust claims, beneficiary disputes, will and trust challenges, creditor claims, undue influence and incapacity, and financial elder abuse. She has extensive experience in the settlement of family wealth disputes.

Ms. Roche also has handled a wide variety of commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on complex contract, fraud, and professional liability claims.

Before joining Lesser, Lutrey, Pasquesi & Howe in 2016, Ms. Roche practiced law in California for more than twenty years. She is admitted to practice in the Northern, Central and Eastern Districts of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Roche graduated from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and earned her Juris Doctorate Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center.
